More Sheffield CTC audax events
Three new audax events have recently been added to the calendar on the weekend of 20th/21st July, including our first 400. The programme now covers six weekends and you can check it out here.

Ride Leader Training
Wednesday 20th March
9am – 4pm
Scotia Works
The next ride leader training will take place on Wednesday 20th March. The full day session is aimed at new ride leaders and also as refresher training for existing leaders. There will be a limited number of places. If you have not already indicated your interest and are interested in attending or have a question please email ken.woodhouse@pedalready.co.uk Priority will be given to people who regularly attend or lead local CTC rides.

Just announced: North By North-West is an exciting new audax event, which will run over the same weekend as All Points North from The Heeley Institute – 2 x 200km audaxes. Visit our audax page for more information.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
The staff at Amici and Bici have advised us that from now on you will be asked to show your CTC/Cycling UK membership card when ordering a hot drink before the start of a ride, otherwise you won’t be offered the discounted price. This is to make sure that only those entitled to it get the benefit. To be fair, this is the basis of the agreement that we originally struck – it’s just that we’ve got a bit lax on both sides at putting it into practice.
So remember, no membership card = no £1 drink.
