Virtual Rides
We have recently started a series of “Virtual Rides” as a way of sharing our cycling until we are once more able to ride in groups. Each week a route will be planned that takes in a landmark or a place of interest or maybe just somewhere that we have enjoyed cycling to in the past. You can set off at a time that suits you, either follow the route or make your own one up to the advertised destination. When you arrive take a selfie and then post it on the CTC Facebook page. Details will be posted in the weekly email newsletter and on our Facebook group page.
Route Library Update
Group rides are out of the question for the time being but we are still advised to cycle alone or with other household members for exercise. To see the Cycling UK advice on this follow this link
If you need some ideas about suitable routes our Route Library has recently been updated. There are now 63 tried and tested routes. Of particular interest right now are those of up to 30 miles, of which there are 26. Check them out here
